2019 Construction Firefighters & Maritime Unions Cup

Mixed results for the club. First up Georgie Boy won his bout controlling the distance and using his jab to take a unanimous points win.

Quinn Francis boxed his heart out but was out gunned by a bigger and stronger opponent. He will learn a lot from this bout and be back stronger.

Lastly Chloe Dickson boxed in an absolute war... punches in bunches. Both girls pushed each other and a couple of counts just before the end of each round probably just tilted the result. A great bout by both girls.

All three first timers, boxed against opponents who boxed previously but did themselves and the club proud. I am very proud of these 3, the way they train, their professionalism in and out of the ring. Very proud to coach them.

Lastly thanks to all the supporters who turned up and supported us. Makes me very proud to know you guys care enough to support each other. All legends.... Jack Dando, Cameron McCormack, Nathan So, Aaron Eason, Seamus, Angus and Craig Goode, and Liam Seymour .
