Boxing Club

The St Kilda Boxing Club operates out of the St Kilda Police & Citizens Youth Club (PCYC) right in the heart of St Kilda. It’s a true boxing gym, dedicated to training amateur and professional boxers as well as masters (40+) boxers.

The gym is fitted with a full size Olympic Boxing Ring, ample space, heaps of bags and is run by an AIBA internationally accredited boxing coach.


Beginner Boxing & Advanced Boxing

All classes combine boxing technical elements with fitness components. The technical elements can range from boxing basics such as footwork and hand positioning too advance such as second attacks and attack preparation and conclusion. 

The fitness element is also very boxing specific, working on the muscles commonly used in boxing. Conditioning of legs is essential to boxing success as is upper-body strength and strong core work. These elements are incorporated into all boxing sessions to ensure a healthy mix of technique and fitness based training. All skill and fitness levels welcome.


Junior Boxing

Learn the fundamentals of boxing in a completely safe, non-threatening environment. Kids of all sizes, backgrounds and genders are welcome to attend. Classes focus on teaching the basics such as stance, correct footwork and punching technique. All classes are conducted in a fun environment often using games to teach technique. Great way for kids to get active, make new friends and learn a new skill
